Sunny Martens is the Director of Patient Accounts, Insurance and Billing at Hearing Care Professionals. She is an energetic, creative, music-loving mother of two and wife.
With her desire to help others, she always knew the healthcare field was the place for her. She began her journey with Hearing Care Professionals in 2016 as a Hearing Care Coordinator for our Crawfordsville location. After having her first child in 2020, she began working from home as our billing specialist. In 2024, she became our Director of Patient Accounts, Insurance and Billing.
While she may be the face behind the scenes, she is dedicated to helping all the offices provide exceptional customer service to all our patients. She looks forward to assisting you on your path to better hearing.
